I did this last Sunday, just before our second term starts. Actually, we were supposed to have this activity in one of my subjects last term wherein we'll be painting shirts. But after all the suspension caused by the typhoon, our professor in that subject cancelled the activity because we also had no more time to do this. But I really wanted to do this!!! Hahaha. I'm all ready that time then he said we won't do it due to lack of time. So, I bought textile paints. :) We were supposed to paint an abstract expressionism, but I wanted to paint something else. Since I am a huge fan of Pretty Little Liars, I wanted it to be inspired by "A". If you don't know who "A" is, you better go search for it hehe. Anyway, here it is.
1. I prepared the materials that I will use.
- A plain shirt
- Textile Paints
- Paintbrushes
- Papers
2. As you can see, there's a pencil mark. I drafted the text first before I actually paint. The word is "Kisses,"
3. And here's what it looks like when I finished painting it. Using a Black textile paint.
4. I'm working on the iconic "A" here. Using a Scarlet Red textile paint. :)
5. And here's the finished product! Yaay! :D
Yes, I know it's very simple. But I like it that way. :) I can't wait to wear this!! I was so happy that I did it! And I wanna do more!
xx,
-Louise
